I would say change it every 4 hours depending on how heavy your period it. If you feel a big rush of fluid...by all means change it faster...but if you bleed normally just try every 4.
I usually change it whenever I go to the bathroom..if I didn't have an accident inbetween.

y do u wear pads if u dont have ur period? if ur trying to keep ur underwear clean then get some daily pads that r so thin like one sheet of toliet paper.
At least every 4 to 6 hours. Just curious on why you wear a pad without a period. Pantyliners may be a better choice for you if it's because of leakage.
If you are not bleeding, I would think you would change it as often as you change your underwear!
you can usually change it every 3-4 hours depending on your flow but if you don't have a period, I'd say the same as underwear... although I don't see why you need the pad then?
panty liners r a better choice...
