Is it possible to firm up your breats w/ exercise if they are a tad bit saggy af!

With a lot of weight training, the chest muscle underneath can be strengthened which "might" hold them up a little better. Just be prepared for smaller breasts though. Remember, breasts are mostly fat tissue, and exercise reduces fat.

I sure hope so.

mis I am having the same delima, you can firm it a little with a personal trainer but not to the point of "their former glory"

Not really--you can only firm up muscles, and there are no muscles there, just breast tissue and fat. The reason they're saggy is that the skin and connective tissue has been stretched by the breasts growing with pregnancy and nursing. Those are things that won't shrink.
