Saline breast implants, rejections?!
Question: I had a bilateral masectomy 18 months ago and went through the expander process and permanant saline implants put in. At times they feel stiff and sore, especially in the evenings. When I do use my chest muscles, like lifting ladders and shoveling snow I really notice them. How does it feel when your body rejects them. Also, any opinion about tram flaps and deet procedures?

Perhaps they went a little large, also you likely need physical therapy to recover completely... Why did they do saline and not silicone for reconstrucion? Silicone tends to be much much softer and way less stiff.
It doesn't sound like you are experiencing rejection.

ps. My goodness you are less than 2 years from having major reconstructive surgery perhaps you shouldn't be shoveling snow and lifting ladders at this point, you ought to build up to it
