Are you getting adequate support for them? If you are big-chested, then make sure you always wear a bra, even just a sport's one. Other than that, it's hard to say why this is happening. It's a good thing you are seeing your doctor.
(Ignore that guy ^ who said you have breast cancer. That is rediculous beacuse it is both breasts. He doesn't know what he is talking about.)
Too much caffeine can make your breasts sore. I've had it happen to me.
I had that problem too until I started taking Vitamin E..no more sore boobs, not even before my period.
you might have breast cancer.
