the tampon gets insurted into the opening behind the one you pee from. the space is only 5-9 inches deep so theres really no where for the tampon to go once its inside you! buy yourself a box of tampons with the applicator that is designed for "light" or "regular" periods (those tampons are smaller) and carefully follow the instructions that come with the box.

No, the other hole:)

put it in your vagina thats where it goes.

sometimes leaning forward helps

The hole right behind where you pee. If you feel with your finger 1st you'll see. You have to relax too. A plastic applicator is the easiest too. Once you have it in and fingers touching your outer part push the tampon plunger and wha la! It took me about 30 minutes the first time I did at 12.

There are pictured instructions that comes in all packs of tampons. That is what I had to look at when I first had to use them. Be sure that you are completely relaxed during this time, because if you are tense, then you muscles down there are going to tighten up and it is going to be painful trying to get the tampon in. Good luck.

there is only one hole it fits in (the one right behind the one where your pee comes out)! get aplicator tampons, they're easier.pull the inner tube out until it clicks, then get comfy and spread ur legs, and push the inner tube in agaain.

it's quite easy when u get da hang of it,

if i didn't help look at these websites and read the leaflet in da box of tampons,
