I have them too [im 13], dont worry. it just means you're growing a lot. Try an oil called Bio Oil, im using it, and they are fading slowly :)

because you are growing and developing and it is just your skin type. Be sure and drink plenty of water and stay away from caffeine..also take a fish oil supplement to help your skin, and don't lay out in the sun

because you've went through growth spurts. it's very common..especially in girls. when girls go through puberty..they tend to get them on their hips or breasts because they grow. it's normal, don't worry.

Well, it could be from losing a lot of weight quickly or from being on a growth spurt. I have a friend who's 15 and she's had them on her thighs since 13. I think that they're just from growing.

Rub cocoa butter to help prevent more marks from appearing.

Because your legs probably grew and shrank a lot leaving stretch marks from when your legs were bigger (everyone gets them eventually and soon they'll go away).

have come to the conclusion that stretch marks are caused by some kind of hormone activity. You don't have to be pregnant or fat or big to get them. As a matter of fact, it is a very common skin condition, but most people who have them are embarrassed by them and keep them to themselves, so they are less talked about or heard of.

The stretch marks related hormone activity mostly happens during

Pregnancy

Natural growth for adolescent boys and girls

Rapid weight gain/loss

Long term lacking of certain nutrients

Sudden change in physical or environmental conditions.

Because your body is growing so fast that your skin is stretching. Consider yourself fortunate. I got my first set of stretch marks when I was 8 because I started developing early.

are you fat?that might be one reason
or go to the doctor
