Question: I am 14 and for 3 years no i have had this lump underneath my nipples on both ???? They are sore too??? Is this normal???

Its normal. I thought I had breast cancer and I didnt. Its basically small lump type things for milk when you have a baby its normal. Basically a phase you go through at puberty dont worry.
