Question: Like a week before my periods I get headaches which I know are normal. What I don't know is I also Have to urinate frequentley and I itch around that area. Is that normal? BTW this is only my 3rd period thanks

I'm not sure about the itching part. But I know I pee so often before and during my period, that's normal.
I would see a doctor. This may have nothing to do with your period but could be a urinary tract infection.
Some women are sensitive to urinary tract infections and yeast infections durring their periods. Both of these can result in frequent uriniation and itching in the area. Uti's can lead to bladder or kidney infections, so they definately need to be checked out by a doctor.
If it's not either of these things and clears up right after your period you may just be allergic to whatever you are using. Scented tampons, nylon underwear, or wearing pads too long can add to itching. Frequently having to pee can just come from your uterus putting added pressure on your bladder.
Since you can't be sure what is going on just from online answers, see your doc and discuss it. Frequent urination and itching are annoying and uncomfortable and both are definately grounds for making a doctors appointment.
