Not even laser treatment will remove stretch marks. They can minimize them, but they'll never remove them. The same could be said of micropigmentation (cosmetic tattooing).

A stretch mark is a scar, pure and simple. The only way to truly get rid of a scar is through surgical excision. Unfortunately, surgical excision will itself leave a scar.

Things like cocoa butter and Vitamin E are quite helpful in preventing the scar. For example, if you're pregnant and want to minimize the chance of stretch marks on your abdomen, then a daily application of cocoa butter and/or Vitamin E will help considerably.

But after you have the stretch marks, there's no magic available to eliminate them, unfortunately. And the best solutions for minimizing them are not natural in the least.

cocoa butter, or even some scar removal cream or something like polysporin scar removal patches from a drugstore

Sorry to tell you this, but all those stretch mark creams sold over the counter do not work. Coco Butter will soften the skin and with time the marks will fade to a light silver color, but even coco butter will not get rid of them. Stretch marks occur when you gain weight or grow rapidly and the skin does not have time to stretch naturally, so there are tears under the skin. You don't need to be overweight to get them, just gain a little water weight around your period, and they can occur. Laser therapy is the only real cure. If anyone says that creams or lotions worked, all they did was help your body fade the spots, which your body will do naturally. Laser is the way to go to really get rid of the marks. If you don't want to go that route, then time will heal--fade marks and you will just have to live with them for awhile.
