Bumps on nipples?!

Question: Ok, so I saw another question and thought maybe I'd read it and see if there were any good answers because I have the same problem. Well, there weren't any good answers yet and it's different than mine. Ok, I'm 13 years old, average weight/height, I have big C almost D size breasts (information you may need to know to answer). I have bumps around my nipple on the darkened skin part, and I don't know what it is. When my nipples get aroused from being cold, usually the bumps come up to, but when they're normal, they're gone. I don't feel very comfortable talking to my mother about it yet, so I turned here in case it's no big deal. I'm just curious, is this normal? Bad? There's no chance of pregnancy, but my hormones are rather stupid. My time of the month comes extremely horrid for me and the women in my family, and due to my breast size I have and will get worse back problems.
Serious answers only please, and I thank you in advance.

What you're describing sounds like the glands of Montgomery, a.k.a. Montgomery tubercules. They can vary greatly in number, averaging between 4 and 28 per areola. Montgomery originally described these glands as "a constellation of miniature nipples scattered over a milky way."

Totally normal, so you can relax.

As for breast size vs. back problems, please do seek out some weight training to help strengthen your upper back, shoulders and mid-back. And a proper bra (which you've no doubt discovered can be a bit of a challenge trying to find). Take care of those and you should find yourself doing quite well for yourself.

They are called Montgomery's glands and are on your areolas. They are 100% normal and are thought to release oils to help protect the nipples and areolas during nursing.

don't be worry ;doesn't matter beautiful girl
