It sounds like you have a cyst in your right lower quadrant. Cysts are formed each month when you ovulate. The ovary is very sensitive to fluctuations in hormone levels and when you are ovulating, your hormone levels are high. Normally the cysts are small and after the egg is released from the ovary, the cyst will resorb back into the ovary. Sometimes, the cyst doesn't resorb and instead it enlarges and can become painful because it is pushing on the surrounding tissues. Normally (>90%) the cysts will get larger and then will rupture and the fluid in the cyst will then be slowly absorbed back in to the body. Sometimes this process is painful for women. Very rarely, the cysts don't go away, and need to be surgically removed.
If you have pain the lasts over several weeks, you should return to your doctor and have the area rechecked. Most likely the cyst will go away soon.
Also, if your pain gets more intense or you have bleeding you should go to the doctor right away.

An Adnexa is an appendage on an organ, Which organ is the adnexa on ? You also say the ultra sound "ruled out a cyst in the right adenexa". This doesn't make sense.
In any case, you need to ask your Doctor these questions. Some "adnexas" are benign, some are not.
