sounds like a yeast infection
first of all the discharge is perfectly normal. as for the rash, i would talk to a parent or doctor. this could be an infection. however, you should not worry, as they are common. but i would see a doc. hope i helped!

Have you been sexual active lately?
I discharge that is white or clear is usually nothing to be alarmed about. However with your other symptoms you might want to go see a GYNO.

If you are itchy or if your discharge smells kinda funny, you might need 2 call the doc. and ask for some cream...ect. w/e she/he tells you what it sounds like and will be glad 2 help you. ((dont freak out this is common))
The 'inside itchiness' could be early signs of a yeast infection.
Until you can make it to the doctor, trying going to your local drug store and getting some feminine yeast cream to put on the effected areas just to take away some of the itch and burn.
Go to your doctor before it gets out of control though, so you can start treating it before it gets bad. Nothing worse then a yeast infection!

Sounds Yeasty, but get a diagnosis from a doc, If you have been sexually active with condoms, irritation or allergy could happen, If you've been on antibiotics, could be part of it..
