Diet while on the shot?!
Question: I just got on the depo birth control about 3 months ago, and i have gained 3 lbs and i am getting a belly! i was thinking about going on a special K diet, does anyone know if the special K diet work? Will it work if ur on the shot? any other ways to loose weight, but i am still in school so i am stuck school lunches, and i have hw so i cant do 3 hrs of exercise daily! So please HELP!!

You can diet and it MIGHT help.
I was on depo and it was horrible to me. I'd never recommend it as there are far more negative side affects than weight gain.

You don't need to diet it needs to be lifestyle change. Diets don't work yes you will lose the weight but as soon as you get off of the diet you will gain the weight right back. What you need to do it start eating healthy, eat small portions, don't eat 3 hours before going to bed and exercise that's about it oh and try to stay away from the sodas
