I don't understand this (girls only)?!

Question: I used to be somewhat heavy. I went on a diet hoping my boob size would go down as well. It didn't. It looks bad because I am somewhat thin with big boobs. Please explain why this happened.

You sound a lot like me. I use to be a bit bigger and my boobs got bigger (about DD) and since losing the weight (this year I lost 44lb) by boobs have only gotten bigger.

I went bra shopping today (which is very depressing because it's so hard to find nice bras here than are DD) and I could find anything and I got really pissed off and and walked out of the shop lol. My Mum came out and she asked me what was wrong, and I told her I hated my boobs and I wanted them gone. She asked me what I wanted her to do about it and I said I don't care just chop them off. She laughed at me lol. Next time I go to the doctor I'm going to ask about getting a breast reduction because I'm almost an E and I've already got a bad back.

Most people say that when they lose weight their boobs are the first to go, well clearly not for us!

I asked this question about 2 weeks ago. I hope some of the answers can be of some help.

try a bra with reduces the size of ur chest

Breast tissue is fat tissue. So if you lost weight and are still top heavy, this is where your body genetically wants to store some of your fat. If your breasts are very large and causing you neck and back pain, consult your doctor about a reduction.

Although usualy your chest size will go down when you loose wieght because they are comprised mostly of fat, if you did a lot of chest wieght exercises ect you could of gained muscle.

You can only lose but so much in the chest area. Unfortunately, boob sizes don't change that much unless you get a breast reduction.

Breasts are made up of fat. Most people when they lose weight will lose at least some of the size of their breasts.

It could depend on a lot of things. Your age - if you were still developing when you lost the weight, you may not yet have been at your full size so even though you lost weight, your breasts were still growing which is why they didn't get smaller.

How much weight you lost - If you lost may 10 - 20 pounds, you would have lost this proportionally all over your body, so it may not have shown much in the breast area.

Some women are very uncomfortable and decide to have breast reduction surgery because despite losing weight, it does not impact their breast size much, although the majority of women get smaller especially when they lose a very large amount of weight..

are you kidding guys are going to love you!

just because you go a diet does not mean your boobs shrink...i would say try lifting weights that work on your pectorals...or do push ups...by building the muscle your boobs will shrink a little or than that theres not real other way without surgery or getting a bra that might do the trick but you must work out that area

breast size usually shrinks when you start doing upper body exercises. if you just used the diet and never exercised, or did little upper body, then most of your fat is just being stored there. but honestly if it's not causing you problems then don't even worry about it. most women who lose weight would kill to be skinny AND have big boobs
