7UP has no caffeine in it, so I'm not sure why it would help. What I have found that helps is Motrin or Advil taken as directed, hot baths, warm drinks such as tea or cocoa, and elevating your feet. You can also use a heating pad or hot water bottle on your lower abdomen. Avoiding the use of tampons may also lessen your cramping.

do you have some ibuprophren? You can buy it in the store for a few dollars. It is the best for cramps.
If you cannot get some, lie in a hot bath. That will ease it.

If you take any meds, I would suggest ibephrofeun or MIdol! Also heating pads, warm baths, and even sleep! I think the 7UP along with Saltine Crackers/ or Toast would help calm your stomache!

*My grandma gives me that and it does help, usually after I eat/drink those things I am able to get some sleep and feel a little better

I know your pain!!! I am on birth control now because my cramps were so bad when I was in high school. I have found some pretty good cures for cramps over the years. Lay down with a heating pad on your cramps and take a few ibuprofin. I have found that they work the best. If you are on your period take a few ibuprofin a couple times a day to keep the cramps at bay!! Good luck!

I have always used ginger ale. It works for me and my mom. I am 26 and have been using ginger ale and i have never tried 7up, but maybe I will. You inspired me to try that next month and I hope I inspired you too! Good luck!

I take and aleve. That is the only thing that works for me. I also find apple sauce to be a relaxing food

I know what your going through I have a question just like this on my thing and on my thing people say take warm baths and take meds so i guess it works!

just relax and i like to eat alot of chocolate try it

Cinammon helps a lot.

from an experienced painful cramper since i started my period: find a side to lay down on that you feel comfortable. sometime it's my stomach and sometimes it's my right side. and really just lay there. i never found any medicine that has ever helped my cramps. but drinking sweet tasting things and eating sweet things is something i have found that has actually helped
