and it might hurt next time but dont worry, there a lots of things you can do for the pain, theres pills like MIDOL which help a lot, hot water bottles and bananas. good luck!

Why are you scared? You should have a talk with your Mom about what it's like. She should be guiding and supporting you. Congratulations, you are entering the next phase of womanhood...but 'woman', just like 'man' is a term that refers to your character and your intelligence, not just your reproductive system. You will be a woman when you are mature and responsible...although you'll still be called a 'girl' or a 'chick'. Then you should read all about feminism and why it is important for all women.

Talk to your mom. She knows what's going on with your body and even though it's embarrassing, sometimes it's nice to have your mom hold you and tell you everything is going to be okay.
Does it hurt now? It will feel the same way next time. If you don't like the pads, try some "slender" tampons. They are much more comfortable. You were already a woman, because you were probably ovulating before now. You can get pregnant even before you get your period! So enjoy womanhood, calmly, and save sex for a man you could love forever. ALWAYS make him use a condom.

It wont always hurt..its just your not use to it. Just keep using the pad and it wont feel so weird after awhile. Buy..
always ultra light regular with wings they are very comfortable...
but if you`d like try tampons. for your first itme i dont recomend them. I still dont use them. But if you`d like to try, go ahead.

ya, next time u'll geet cramps and stuff but certian kinds of pads feel diifferent and are more cofortabkle then others ask your mom to get you a couple different brands so that u can try them out. good luck
and when you do start getting cramps take mydol, tylonol, advil what ever works for you then have a warm bath and warm drinks that will help relive the pain but stay away from caffine it dosent help so stick to teas and hot cocoa YUM
