Period dilemma. for my partner?!
Question: normally i have light periods that last around 3 days. 6 days ago i came on it was really heavy, until yesterday it calmed down, but today, my period is still goin but it is a black coulor. am a bit worried as this isnt normal 4 me, im 18 years old, ive had the contaceptive rod in my arm sinse june 2006, after my son was born by c section, he is now 18 months. any help will be very grateful.

I would suggest a visit to your GP and discuss this with him/her. Have you had regular smears?
Try not to worry but do see your GP.
it is normal because I was like that after i gave birth to my son now 9 months old
I had a similar problem with dark colour towards the end of my period (having a coil fitted and generally no periods, I was worried it was a sign of infection). He told me that the darkness of colour was because it is taking a long time to flow down and out.
If it doesn't settle I would give the GP a ring to see what he says, you know your body and how things should be, it might be something to do with the implant.
Aren't you a bit young to have an 18 month old child? !
The PERIOD of A levels is obviously not part of your vocabulary.
