yes, that's a good idea. When you are stressed you tend to breathe at a too high rate. Doing this too much may lead to hyperventilation.

So it's good to control your breathing sometimes. Breathe in slowly through your nose, counting to 5. Hold the breath for a count of 5. Breathe out slowly, counting to five.

i dont know. maybe habbit.
