Weight on 26 yo woman?!


Question: I weighed 215 last year, and now I weighed 197 3 months ago and last month i weighed 193 at one doctor and the other doctor with me being one month pregnant i weighed like 199. I feel fat, I feel like i Look fat and i Exercise every day if I can handle it 100 calories lost on my exercise bike at home. is that good?

your pregnant, a baby is growing inside of you. of course your going to gain weight!. if your worried about getting "baby fat" then replace any junk food with veggies and fruit. it'll be healthy for your baby and you, and you won't get 'baby fat'. also try to get into the habit of exerciseing, so then after the baby is born, you can keep that habit and lose all that 'baby fat'! =]
