I Really Need Some Advice With This...A Little Worried. But Nervous About Going !
Question: Errr. Ok...
Me && my partner just started having sex... & even more recently i seem to get shooting pain across my stomach...Around the womb area. Painful enough to take my breath away and stop what i'm doing. (This isn't during sex.)
I've had a couple of time in the past, where i started to bleed during foreplay. But my nurse said it was trauma as he has quite long fingers && sometimes it gets quite in the excitement.
I suffer from heavy painful periods which i take mefanimic acid for. I'm on the pill (I take one called cilest...It's the second on I've been on because the first kind made me ill )
There is a history of Endometriosis in my family too.
I'm 16. && really worried but really nervous about going to a doctor.

It would be a good idea to go to the doctor's. You want to make sure you don't have an ovarian cyst or endometriosis. You can have an ultrasound, which would see if there is any trouble. I'm always nervous when going to the doctor for any womanly type of problem, but then I realize that I would be more embarrassed to have had symptoms and ignored them and become sick.
Just go.
Go and get it checked by a doctor. He could be your best friend..
the doctor isn't going to hurt you. you should go as soon as possible, and yes it could be endometriosis because that will cause very sharp pains like you described.

IF YOUR OLD ENOUGH TO BE HAVING REALTIONS AT YOUR AGE, THEN U SHOULD GO TO THE DOCTOR IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR HELATH. IT SHOULDN'T BE SO BAD.

Why are you worried about going to a doctor? Get a female if that is an issue. Realize that the areas of your body which could be the most embarrassing are the most amazing. We create life! It is the miracle of the organs which we are most concerned about getting taken care of. Remember doctors do this all day every day. They only think of keeping you healthy. If this is why you hate to go to the doctor, remember this, most every girl has the same problem, and changing your attitude is the best thing you can do for you if you want to stay healthy. Just think of the marvels your body is capable of and make sure you are as healthy as possible.
