Question: Is it bad if you don't sleep in your bra???
Why would you take your bra off to sleep?? I never did.
And now i find out it's common that other ladies don't sleep in their bra.

Its not comfortable at all!! I hate it...personally I never could sleep in a bra. If you can no big deal...it doesnt do anything to your body either way
most ladies take it of cause of the wire annoying them in their sleep i know i do
if its the kind with the poking wire s,its better to take it off
I think it is very uncomfortable to sleep in a bra! There are times I have fallen asleep with a bra on, but for the most part I always take it off!
I slept in my bras before I got cups because I thought they were comfortable. Then, I turned to cups, and BOOM I couldn't wait to get it off! Bras are just hell for me, considering I have a D sized chest at the age of 13! ARG! I HATE it and I HATE bras, as do most women. Plus, sleeping in bras with cups may damage the cups themselves. It's better to take it off because it helps the circulation throughout that area of your body.
most women (me included) find it much more comfortable sleeping without a bra. its just personal preference. that's all!
