It really hurts?!

Question: I completley shaved all my pubic hair off down below and it felt stubbly. I decided I would stretch my skin and shave really close. It really hurts now and irritates my underwear. I know now it was a bad idea but I wanted to try it to see if it was better. How long will it take to grow back and will the itchyness and soreness go soon?

never shave again!!! next time use hair removal cream, it works better and prevents razor burn and bumps. but it should grow back within a week or so and the itching will go away and so will the burning just keep the area moisturized

It will take a while
Try some moisturiser down there
It might help

maybe 3-4 days to start growing back.. for now put some cream on it like savalon cream after you've had a shower or something..it should help :)

Ouch!!

Sudocreme will probably make it feel better, as it soothes, although it makes a mess.

Or get your boyfriend to kiss it better, it might take your mind off it??

In future, I recommend you go "trimmed". Hope it gets better soon.

Nice!! get some lotion of some kind or talcum powder and smooth across the itching. you go commando for a day or so..

The other way see if your boyfriend, brother or whatever has some shaving balm that might help but be careful where you get it in to!!

ya it will probably hurt for a while till the hairs start to grow back a little longer. try putting baby oil on there as soon as you get outta the shower. that always takes away the irritation very well and soothes it. i would really recommend the baby oil trust me!!

its always like that at first - if you want to keep shaving - do it in the bath or shower and use a soap like dove instead of a shaving cream - stretching the skin is a good idea - you would be better off using a hair removal cream as it doesnt grow back so itchy - if you want your hair to grow back your going to have to grin and bear it - about 4 days im afraid

Here's a secret,.....
Use conditioner instead of shaving cream..it softens the hairs...

ummm mabe 2 weeks at the most.you can e-mail me at tierzacheyenne@yahoo.com

my sister had that trouble she went with out knickers for two weeks it cured it

heres a tip if your gunna shave sheve the same way as the hairs are growing i.e the direction there growing out takes a little longer but saves the sores.
