depo sucked. don't do it. lost periods for two years, and then lost the boyfriend. lol mood swings were HORRENDOUS.
Yasmin (I think they call it Yas! now...) worked great, low dose, low hormones so less mood swings... yes, i'd reccommend it, but only if your insurance covers it. It was $40 bucks a pop for me... could'nt afford that at the time. IT regulated your periods tho, but didn't get rid of them. but, they were shorter and lighter.

Been taking it over a year now and it's been great.
I have a history of problems involving hormonal birth control, specifically involving migraines. The Micronor hasn't given me any problems with migraines and it has stopped my period completely.
I love it!
The downside, it's gotten a little spendy in the last 6 months.

I'm on LoOvral, I've been on it for...well forever!! I like it, I skip the "water" pills so I don't have a period at all. No weight gain, nothing. DO NOT do the depo shot, I took it years ago and gained so much weight!!
I've always been partial to spicy brown mustard.
That and a sense of humor.
i don't need birth control, i just use my personality as birth control.
