Pain in the rectum.
You might have blood on the TP when you wipe or you can feel them if they are external. If you have pain while having a bowel movement it is best to see a doctor. There is over the counter cream to treat hemorrhoids.

Some have rectum pain, bleeding, and or a fleshy type thing hanging out your butt.
