Question: a pimple if you eat too much chocolate candy? I know they say that is not true. I have always disgreed with that theory.

I'm 36 and still get the occasional pimple, but, cant say that i have noticed its due to chocolate. usually my breakouts are right before my period so in my case, just plain old hormonal imbalance im sure.
as for the chocolate, my husband eats chocolate like a fiend......every day.....and, never gets a zit, or gains weight......have to laugh......men have all the luck! ;)

A recent study shows that sweets and chocolate are not actually the primary causes of breakouts. It's actually dairy products LOL.

I do not get pimples when I eat too much chocolate candy and I am 38. (I've eaten too much chocolate over this holiday season and not one pimple.)
Yup, still get em. Although there seems to be absolutely no correlation between breakouts and chocolate in my case
