urine, check for cocoatones, or stick with a pin when she is on the "nod" from one of her chocolate induced comas, obtain a small drop of blood, send it to "the lab" that all knowing lab, you've heard of it, and let "them" analyze it and then you'll have the proof you need to send her away for treatment
hahaha. i don't think there are any drug tests for being on chocolate. but you could always leave a succulent box of her favorite chocolates lying around or just some candy and if any is gone then you know.
