Does drinking water and cranberry juice help in yeast infection?!

Question: No. Cranberry juice helps prevent urinary tract infections by changing the urine's acidity to make the bladder less hospitable to bacteria, but cranberry juice does not treat a UTI. Neither does it address a yeast infection.

If you have a vaginal yeast infection, you may want to purchase many of the over-the-counter antifungal products such as creams, ointments, or suppositiories that are inserted into the vagina.

If your yeast infection is elsewhere, i.e., oral, you may need to see a physician. Oral yeast (thrush) must be treated with prescription medications.

i know it helps for a UTI...but for yeast infection you should use monistat 3 day.Good Luck

drinking any kind of fluid will make you pee and that will help flush out bacteria. cranberry juice contains vitamin C and is acidic which helps kill bacteria, it's also low in sugar and bacteria likes sugar. Vitamin C tablets and cranberry supplement tablets are good to take also.

Dunno about grape/cranberry... might have a lot of sugar in it.

EDIT: I just realized, you said yeast infection... no, cranberry juice is for urinary tract infection, it won't do anything for a yeast infection.

Not for yeast infection.

take monistat for a yeast infection and see . if your itching alot and burning then make an appointment. you will need an antibiotic. also eat yogurt! its good for yeast infections!!!

as far as i know it has nothing to do with a yeast infection, i know it helps with urinary tract infections. hope this helps.

no it doesn't

not cranberry juice usually it is used for uti's but water is good to helpp clear up yeast infections

Cranberry juice=bladder infection.
Yogurt with active cultures=HELPS with yeast infections but does not CURE them. They're more of a preventative measure.

Basically eating the yogurt when you don't have a yeast infection is like taking a vitamin C when you're not sick.
