They can start as late as about 17, depending on their genes and weight.
Most likely, if you have more weight on you, you'd start your period sooner but if you're under weight, you'd most likely start later.

im 13 and doesnt have mine yet so i guess older
16 or even 17 IF the girl's body is weak.
A girl from my country d hers at 9 ... a few yeard ago.
probably about 17 but some girls that are way under weight or way over weight aren't healthy enough to even get a period at all.
