I have an ovarian cyst 3.5 cm, pelvic pain?!

Question: I have cyst, and I believe that is what hurts at the moment, since over 2 months now, I have pain medications that does not help.

had a hysterectomy in April and they found endometriosis, I do have pelvic pain severe, and unexplained shoulder pain (burning)
I did have bleeding from the 23-26 of December, and a little bit more blood on the 29

I urinate frequently feels like a UTI, they did not found sign of infections, It hurts when I have a bowel movement.

and it hurts when I do certain movements, when I have to lift, I have constently nausea, and I don't feel good at all.

do you think I will need surgery for further examinations?

You need to see a doctor right away!!!. They need to go in and bust this cyst before it causes anymore trouble. If you cant find a doctor who will do it keep trying until you find one that will bust it.

You need to talk to a doctor about everyhting you just told us. It could be all related but then there could be more than one problem. I would have other tests like ultrasound, CT, Nuclear med...ect... before jumping on surgery.

About the shoulder pain: that can often be referred pain: it's abdominal pain, especially of the ovaries, that you feel in your shoulder. (here's info about referred pain, if you're unfamiliar with the concept: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Referred_pa...
So I wouldn't be surprised if the shoulder pain is just the pelvic pain, found somewhere else. Given that you had bleeding, yet you've had a hysterectomy, it sounds like your endometriosis is flaring. I would seek a second opinion as to what your next course of action is, since two heads are better than one. One possible course of action is surgery to remove all the endometriosis, another is to give you Lupron to put you into temporary chemical menopause to starve out the endometriosis.
