24 hr stomach flu?!
Question: I'm just getting over one, I was vomiting all day and finished throwing up yesterday at 7am, and then I was really really sore and weak and tired but I still feel slightly queasy...when will the nausea and soreness go away?.......should I take something for it?

You can take some pepto bismol or s/t for sure for the nausea. It should go away in a few days but it'll go on its own. Gingerale is good for the stomach :)
Ask your doc to call in some fenegren which will help the nausea. If's it's real bad, they can give it to you in a shot so it takes immediate affect. Make sure you have someone to get you home because it makes you sleepy.
It sounds disgusting, but the stuff I used was a supository and it works almost immediately.
