Could this be a UTI????!
Question: I noticed an odd odor a couple days ago. I actually thought that the toilet was just cleaned bc it smelled like a strong cleaning solution. It went away on its own after a day. Then a couple days later (2 days ago) I felt like I had to pee but nothing came out and it was really irritating. I called the doctor (bc they were closed) and told her that I thought I had a UTI. She called me in meds and later that night I peed so I didnt pick them up. Now the odor is back (not too strong). Does this sound like a UTI? Should I pick up the meds to treat it as one bc my doctor is closed again today? Has anyone ever had a similar odor? I also noticed that my underwear are often wet (with a little urine). HELP!!!!

yes, pick up the medication --- also there is over the counter pyridum -- ask the pharmacist - this works faster on any pain you might have - probably will have very soon. it sounds like a UTI.
.Yes take the meds and try wiping your Virgina from front to back instead of back to front after peeing.
Of course you should get the meds, just to be sure...It could be a UTI, but I have never heard on the odor that you are referring to. Usually women say it is an eggy smell. I would just take the antibiotics just in case..
The symptoms indicate a urine tract infection, you should pick up the meds.
It sounds like you have the starting of a UTI and the medication would stop it before it got worse. I would get the meds because the doctor probably sent out antibiotics and that will clear up any type of urinary problem that you have.
Sounds like you have a Bladder Infection. Get some Anti Bio-tics and finish the whole course!
