How much blood do you lose on your period?!


Question: go by cups because I know that it is at least a cup considering the amount that comes out and how many pads I use. Why do some say teaspoons and how much do you really lose?

It's not a cup, even though it seems like it. It's usually 3-5 tablespoons.

EDIT: If you don't believe us, make an appointment with a gynecologist.
not much, abour 4 to 6 tablespoons.
