You really should call your doctor. It sounds like infection. The last thing you want to do, is let this go for too long, you may get to the point where you cant have kids anymore, and i'm sure that's not what you really want for your future. :(
With IUD's, you shouldn't feel A LOT of pain, maybe just a tiny bit for a couple of days. It could have been inserted wrong, or could be coming out. My sister's came out, and she got pregnant. But, she didn't even know it came out.... ouch. ;)
Call the doc. you'll be glad you did. :)
