It could be early signs of pregnancy and the HPT is not picking up the HCG levels in your urine yet. Take it easy and then if you don't get a normal period in about a week, take the test again. Good luck, I hope you get the answer you want.
My daughter had an implant and for the first couple of month had the same sort of symptoms. After the second month it settled down.

You are on a twenty-five day cycle, which is a little shorter than most, but there is nothing wrong with it. If you want to have more regularity you might want to go on a pill that regulates the cycle. If your hpt stands for home pregnancy test and you are not on the pill, geesh, get on it!
