What is the normal weight for an active 15 y/o female?!
Question: I'm 5'2" and 21, and am active and weigh around 110. Remember muscle weighs more than fat so don't be too concerned about your numbers. Also, it depends on your body's build. I'm petite, but if you have a more athletic body style, you will probably weigh more. I'd say definitely no lower than 100 or you need to gain some weight!
