I'm a little confused because I assume she would know if she peed her pants. Urine can be clear if she hasn't been drinking much other than clear liquids like water.
However, considering you say that she said it didn't smell like urine it's quite possible it's vaginal discharge, which will create the wet feeling as if she peed her pants.
Vaginal discharge is normal. Many women experience it before and/or after their periods, some experience it all of the time. You say she hasn't had her first period yet. Vaginal discharge can begin a year or so in advance of the first period and is just a warning sign that your period is coming. If she thinks this is the case she should carry a small pad or pantyliner around with her just in case.
As long as she doesn't develop symptoms of an infection, and it is just vaginal discharge she'll be fine. Symptoms of a vaginal infection are:
* Itching
* Odor (Fishy or yeasty)
* Lumpy discharge
* Green or Yellow discharge

No, you can't get pregnant without having vaginal intercourse.
That happened to me once though, it only happened once so I just didn't do anything about it, but if it keeps happening to her I suggest seeing a doctor.
maybe alot of discharge??? im not sure because ive never heard of anything like that!! but if it happens again then i might go see a doctor or ask ur mom or sumthing...but if i doesnt hurt her i dont think its going to be that big of a deal

It's discharge. All girls discharge. It should be a white or clear gooey substance. Its a way for the vagina to clean itself out. There is no need to worry. Its perfectly natural

it might be pee or ot might just be discharge (a sign that shes getting her period), its nothing 2 worry about its probably normal.
or another thought is that she might have been fantasizing (or had an orgasm) n she urinated herself (it doesnt need 2 smell)
okay, let's see here:
if she literally peed it out, like dripping and stuff, go see a doctor.
but if it looks like she might've "leaked" pee, or there's just a tiny puddle in her underwear that is clear or whiteish- that's called a discharge.
a discharge is perfectly normal for girls of a teen age. it's the vagina cleaning itself. if she finds it uncomfortable, buy pantyliners.
