Oh my gosh, calm down!! You are only 12!!

Girls hardly even begin growing until a year or two later!!

and dont EVER, ever think that 102 is too fat!! No, I'm the same height as you, several years older, and I weigh 155 and I am not fat, I just have a big butt. See, I'm pretty curvey, but I'm still not the least bit fat, so what does that tell you about weight??

I sure hope you dont stay that weight forever, you could use eating a few cookies! lol...

But don't start worrying about growing until your like 16 or 17 because thats when your metabolism slows down...

THAT IS NOT TOO FAT, i way 135,uscular, have all the guys i want, and I'M LOVIN' IT!!!

Dont worry, you are young and will continue to grow until around age 16 and your bust will also grow as you move to your teens (around 14-15 in average). At a 102 pounds you are actualy thin so dont worry about your weight at all you are doing fine!

Dont worry, some girls develop earlier than others so if you are worried about your height but no breast thats also possible. Take into consideration your family genetics, does your mom have a large bust or small? That has a lot to do with how you will be when you grow up.

5'4'' 113lbs...no. you are not fat.
Now that we have that out of the way, next, you're 13. You're body is going through a lot of changes...things that are WAY out of your control. It has to do with the hormones in your body. This is normal time for girls to "develop" so you will change in bust size, pants size...size period. DO NOT STRESS OR OBSESS ABOUT IT. It happens to everyone. Just because you look at other girls and see what you think you should be, doesn't mean that's true. The grass is always greener as the saying goes, but it is usually not true. The good news is that in a few years everything will balance out and you will become your bodies "average". Your body NEVER stops growing, but at about 25 it slows to darn near a halt. You may not see the changes your body goes through, but the changes may not be noticable if you don't know what to look for. Your body will continue to mature and change until the day you die and there is not a darn thing you can do about it. I suggest you just live and eat healthy, and enjoy yourself without worrying about what Janie over there looks like compared to you.
