Question: Okay so me and my bf attempted sex for the first time y'day (didn't go to plan but thats not the problem) it's just since last night it feels like I've got some kind of cut or injury just below, it just feels a bit sore and tender. It is sore to got to the bathroom too.
We also did have a condom so you no, not an std or anything
(Other question I was curious about when think of this: If you tried to have sex and the condom was put on inside out would that cause any irritaion?)

Friction will cause swelling. Always make sure you are well lubricated. If your vagina doesn't provide sufficient lube (it usually will, if your ready for the act, and relaxed), then add some lube before your boyfriend inserts his penis. Spit actually works the best. It's natural, so your body won't react to it. But if you would prefer, then you can use a store bought one. I like KY warming. It's water based, so it won't break down the condom.
Was it your first time? If it was then thats why.

its prolly not the condom. my first time, i didn't use a condom at all, i know im stupid, but i didn't. and it hurt to pee really bad. and i was sore for about a day. thats most likely normal.
Get an ice pack and sit on it, yes it is possible in that situation to end up with a cut or tear you really need to calm down your were too up tight if after a few tries there is still a problem do to the nurse and explain cos there is a rare disease where the females muscles don't relax. But i don't want to worry you because it is prob just nerves relax a bit if it still hurts in a couple of days go to nurse as well in case you have bad tears!
You sound very young and obviously naive. It could be that you are too small or he is too big but talk to someone who knows more about it, like the Family Planning organisation. They are good and efficient.

if it was your first time then you have broken your hymen, id say for sure this is whats wrong. its nothing to worry about every girls hymen gets broken the first time. and its has to or nothing could fit.
Its just because it was your first time. Just think about it before y'day nothing of that size was put inside there. Of course its gonna hurt the next day. Don't worry the pain will go away soon.

The condom is only lubricated on one surface. If it was put on inside out I think you would have noticed. When it is rolled on to the penis it is very difficult to roll it on incorrectly. Although you stated that it was the fist time with your boyfriend you didn't state if it was your first time (breaking virginity) so I don't know exactly how much experience you actually have. If it was, then Lauren M maybe right with the answer.
