exercise and eat healthy. i know it sounds like white noise but it is the best way to ensure you will lose the weight and keep it off. you have to learn how to live a healthy lifestyle in order to look like you live a healthy lifestyle. good luck. it's so worth it.

Simple. Run more, eat less. (reasonably)

Cut down on eating sugary foods. Watch your calorie intake. Drink more water. It will help fill your stomach so you don't eat as much. Start doing small things like taking a walk, walking up and down stairs. Just a few little changes will help you to start losing weight. Once you see results, you will become motivated to do more and you will really start to shed the pounds.

Safest route is through diet and exercise. Stick to your basic three meals per day and exercise every day include lots of fruits and veggies and of course water lots of it.

Eat 3 healthy meals a day. If you need to eat in between make sure it is fruit, nuts or yogurts.

Walk for at least one hour a day.

Try to eat healthy and exercise daily. Do not spend hours upon hours in the gym. Just walk an hour in the morning and and hour in the evening.

Whenever you think about eating macces, donuts or junk food just think to yourself how important is that food that you are willing to be unhealthy. treat yourself to something once a week so you can still have something that tastes good.

try vegies, meat and fruit (in reasonable amounts).

this is how i did it and it worked!

good luck!

This was told to me by a doctor. Most Americans drink with their meals. This is part of the reason why so many are over weight.
He said do not drink 30 minutes before the meal and atleast 30 to 50 mins after.
Also, Apple Cider Vinegar(natural) is great to take to help maintain and keep off unwanted weight.

The reason you cannot eat sugar is because sugar turns into fat in your body and stays there.

My advice is to start simply before you start going diet crazy (not "lose weight" diets but those really technical "eat meat because fats fuel the body more than proteins within 8 hours and blah blah") is to have smaller portions and eat these small meals at least 6 times a day. You should eat chicken or fish for your meat.

I want to say eat more fruit. I'm not sure if fructose is the kind of sugar that stores fat, but the thing is fruit is the rawest thing available for you to eat. Since fruit is not cooked, fruit contains the best natural nutrients for your body! So its important to eat fruits. Bananas are one of the best for you. Apple skins, too. Grapes are one of the worst for you, but its still a fruit.

Take vitamins and take a vitamin called biotin. Its known for helping your skin, hair, and nails, but it also helps to increase metabolism.

You should excercise more. If you are scared excercising will hurt, start taking MSM supplements. Working out in the morning is best. I, personally, love to ride my bike through the neighborhood and right to the store or gas station. When I have a real destination, I enjoy it more. Sometimes I go exploring around my town which is fun because I'm a big kid..

u have to eat but eat lesser. dun ever have any supper or snacks. exercise but not those very tough ones cos it will build muscles instead and thus gaining weight. cos muscles are heavier than fats. A slow 30 -45 mins jog thrice every week will do.
