dont be frigtned to go on hrt, i have been on hrt for 4 years now , i used to have bad hot flushes . since ive been using hrt these have vanished completly, best thing i ever did. and if you want to come off it , quiet simply just reduce the tablets every few days .
Give the hrt a go girl! Don't knock it until you've tried it.

Taking hormones is absolutely a tremendous help. It may take a few different ones until they find the right one. But I felt exactly like I did before the surgery when I started hormones.
