Question: Can someone give me the best tip to losing 15-20 pounds in a very short ammount of time? Please dont just say excersie and eat healthy. I do excersie. I just need eating tips and please be specific!!

You have to be realistic. Every diet that lets you lose weight quickly is only short term and the weight comes back, it also hurts the body to go through a change that quickly.
Drink only water-no juice/sugars.
Three meals a day -you need fuel to lose weight
Exercise for Muscles-Muscles help kill off the fat cells. So make sure your exercises are also for strength.
Walk a lot, biking and swimming seem to be excellent ways to lose at a good pace.
Cut out all
processed foods-like processed cheese
-junk food, chips, granola bars, pop, salts, and cut down on carbs. Instead of a plate of pasta have only a few. Breads and pastas are huge contributors to weight gain.
Instead of a hamburger just have the meat and no bread-
red meats are awful for us anyways..so try eating more fish and chicken instead.
don't weigh yourself for 5 months at the least.
You will gain water weigh and muscle and this will decieve you. You will only know by inches changing-you'll notice your clothes fit differently.
Once the water weigh drops you'll see the weight scale in a better light ;)
potatoes are bad for weight-so cut down.
Go to 0% milk.
Milks are very fatty-but you still need it.

Keep in mind that salads are great-but they become fattening as soon as the dressing is poured on..same with a potatoe and sour cream.

Firstly, you can't expect to lose 15-30lb in a "very short amount of time". Losing weight can take some time and a lot of effort. Try cut out or cut down fast food and deep fried foods. Don't use as many fats while cooking and prepare healthy meals such as Special K for breakfast with skim milk, a light salad with grilled chicken and then for dinner have a salad with or without boiled/steamed vegetables and red meat. If you feel hungry during the day, don't snack on chips or chocolate, get a banana or some fat free yogurt.
well first off, no more soda. no salty snacks, no sweets. eat NOTHING fried! thats a big no no. for breakfast, i would recommend special K cereal. they even have a chocolate one and its sooo good and healthy :) for lunch, u could eat a salad. if u dont like salad, then eat something more along the lines of a wrap. or maybe a sandwich, but no mayo. for a snack, u could have fruit, veges, or i know they make healthy snacks at stores, u just gotta find them ^^ now for dinner....let's see.... i believe grilled chicken is okay ~if not then sorry ): ~ as a side u can have stuff like steamed veges or something. ok well good luck!
