I agree that Acid Reflux will give you the impression that you are having a heart attack. I had some tai noodles one late night which led to me doubled over on the floor with the most searing pain and I just knew that my heart was about to stop. It was over after about 10 minutes but the next day I had difficulty swallowing. I went to the ER and I was diagnosed with Gastritis. I went to my regular doctor and he told me to loose weight and exercise more and change my diet. I also took the over the counter Prilosec and I was soon on the road to recovery.

It is very important to get your gastrointestinal system back in order before you can feel better.

Just acid reflux - take a tums. Probably your stomach is just used to having more food in it so there is extra acid.

chest pains do you say?

i think its interchestine
you eaten to fast.

lol
can i hav my answer chosen as the best and receive a thumbs-up?

Maybe you are having problems digesting the raw veggies. If you cook them, they will be easier to digest. I'm no doctor, but I'd say it's about impossible that simply reducing calories for three days would damage your heart. People fast all the time and don't get such problems. Just wondering... are you drinking enough water?

I figured somebody would mention seeing a doctor. If you think something is wrong with your heart, it's a good idea. Then if it's nothing you've at least got your peace of mind.
