Adnormal bleeding? Serious answers only.?!

Question: Serious answers only please. Here is my issue. I have been having vaginal bleeding for 2 months now. Sometimes the color/texture is different than other times. Before this, I hadn't had a period in almost 4 months. I have a family history of ovarian/cervical cancer. I know it doesn't seem very bright of me not to go to the doctor, But I'm mortified of going to the gyno. I have never been but plan on going. I am 21, I am sexually active with my Fiance, and I have no children. If it makes a difference, I started bleeding right after I started taking prenatal vitamins to help my hair/nails grow. Has this happened to anyone? Is anyone in the healthcare field who has heard of such a thing?

(Oh and also, I don't always have a period regularly, It skips months sometimes. I know Im going to get alot of answers saying that Im pregnant because I missed my period. Not the case, Ive taken SERVERAL pregnancy test.)

Just saying.

going to the gyno is the only way.
just incase it is.
then theres a better chance to take care of it now.
you dont want to wait.

I know it's not what you want to hear, but you really need to go see the GYN... especially if you're sexually active.
