it's not recommended to use more than three times a month as it is suspected of causing PID, eat plain yogurt with live active lactobacillus cultures to keep yeast at bay, daily if possible!
Douching does more harm then good, so I suggest you don't.

it is a douche. and its better to just let your vagina clean itself out. douching can cause yeast infections NOT prevent them !!
Douching is not considered a good way to clean out your vagina as it changes the Ph and causes yeast infections. I know this from experience as that was the culprit for many months. Also, if you are going to douche, the packaged ones like Summers Eve are the worst thing to use because the ingredients in them act as irritants and cause vaginal burning.
I say stay away from the douching period and clean that area naturally and you will be better off and healthier.
"Summers Eve" is a brand. They make lots of products like Douche and a line of feminine wash soap that is gentle and non irritating.
My wife and daughters have been using the soap for years. It does not irritate like normal soap so ... yes it does help prevent yeast infections.
If this is what you are talking about, it's a nice product to use.
i use the summer eve wash,, for down there, lol,,, its really good, i dont douche myself, i just swish it round a bit up there,,, keeps it gorgeously clean! xxxxxxxxxxx
though i still randomly get thrush, i dont know how i get that!!!
i use caneston cream for the thrush, thats greatxxxx
