Help.... i cant sleep!!?!


Question: i dont know what to do i tried almost everything to go to sleep but i have been on mreak for about a month and i got so used to staying up really late and i want to go to sleep because it is like 20 min. to 4:00 and im still not tired please if anybody has any ideas tell me!!

Just do something until you feel sleepy! Some things that might help you nod off are taking a warm bath, drinking a glass of warm milk. Don't worry, I'm sure you'll get to sleep soon. :-)

take benedryl

Get up and do something. Don't nap. You will sleep well tonight.

read a book for a while or watch a movie

Have you tried reading the bible? It always works for me.

I suggest not taking pills. They're really addictive. Trust me.

warm milk helps, ask anybody, right??

take sleepy pills, read, try not to stimulate your brain, eat something if yo have to, drink a warm glas of milk

by the way sleeping pills do not work!

Read, cos when your eyes get tied that's the time you wanna go to sleep.

perhaps you cant sleep because you got emotional problem,see a psychiatrist

If you have a boyfriend or something, try staying on the phone with him, talking until you fall asleep. Or you can try to be a little more active during the day, making you tired at night. Just keep yourself busy and go out a lot!! :)

First what you have to do (from experience)! - Is to stop worrying about sleeping. Try sleeping in the living room, with the t.v. on but the lights off or low...put it on something not-too entertaining - just turn on something you're not interested in, really, right now. If our brains get stimulated, we don't want to sleep. But if we lie down in bed in total quiet, that will just make us think too much. Try what I suggested - Always works for me!

there is many reasons
some because psychology problems ,,,it is rare
and some (the most) depend on lifestyle,,, keep in mind no coffee in the evening , no drink , keep in touch with god ask him to help you in every thing in the life

hey! get some fresh air after eating your evening meal. Try unwinding an hour before going to bed.Listen to some relaxing music.Something that you know will help you completely switch off and help you totally relax. Try going to bed at reasonable hour even if you don't feel sleepy, try reading a book while in bed , I find that is the quickest way to fall asleep.Try as I might I can never keep my eyes open. If you are in the Philippines, you can try taking melatonin. This is a natural sleeping supplement because our body naturally has melatonin, a chemical in the body which regulates sleeping patterns. There are persons, who have insomnia, who suffers from inability to facilitate sleep and this causes irritation and further inability to sleep. Another advise is make the bedroom a conducive place for sleeping. Relax and soothing atmosphere helps in making sleep possible.

Stress an emotional problems can cause insomnia. Don't take pills unless prescribed. They can become addictive. Combine that with talking to someone.
Also work on sleep hygiene, like avoiding heavy meals, coffee, excess alcohol or excercise or anything too exiting before normal bed time as well as avoiding long naps during the daytime.
Make sure the bed room is not too warm or too cold.
Nice hot bath and masturbation before bedtime may also help.
Many people have this, so don't think you are alone.

before going to bed at night relax and turn off the television, phone leave all distraction out of the room.........................and don't nap during the day ..............don't exercise or dink and caffeine before bed .................
