I have a question??!


Question: Today I did weights and then I went running on our treadmill and I drink lots of water and stuff, but I got done and I just felt sick. I felt dizzy and nauesous. I usally don't get this. I don't think I was dehydrated or anything. I just skipped my period last month, so I don't know when it is coming. But is this normal and does it have something to do with my period?
P.S I am only 14 and I am not sexually active. ( And I am definatly not pregnant.)

hmm i think ur ok, it depends on when u started ur period for the very first time, becuz sometimes it can be irregular, liek VERY irregular and i think u should jus relax

maybe, just maybe, you did too much. The flu is going around again and you need to rest. Your 14 for crying out loud. take it easy you don't need to push so hard.
Good for you trying to exercise but don't go overboard.

u must have overdone yourself..rest

eat things with more sugar you might have just gotten low blood sugar it happens somethimes...
