eat lots of fruit and vegtables, drink plenty of water to flush out ur system and that, and only have treats and 'junk' in moderation, like a treat a week, and have plenty of exercise, good luck! xXx

Just get out there and get active.

Go vegetarian!

Usually you get overweight by eating out of boredome.

if"diets" worked there wouldn't be 10 billion of them on the market. there would be only one

eat healthy foods from the food pyramid and excerise well

whenever you get hungry, eat celery because it burns more calories than what you take in

just eat good foods: fruit, veggies, dairy, lots of water, protein, try to cut out anything bad like fried foods and anything breaded (like chicken). you can have sweets, just not every day or all the time. and if you want ice cream, have about as much as you could fit in your hands cupped together. hope this helped!

I wouldn't go on a diet unless a doctor told you to because at fourteen you are still growing and any kind of diet that isn't doctor approved will interfere with your growth.

you shouldn't want to diet at this age. pur probably a a healthy weight anyways. i know it can be really hard with a society thats celebrity obsessed and it seems skinny is what its all about. its really not!!! trust me!! But if you want to be a healthy weight then it really is simple. Drink 8 glasses of water a day, try for 30 mins exercise a day and eat plenty fruit and veg. But please have a pizza now and then haha. And have fun!!!

drink lots of water every day, eat fruit and fresh veggies daily, not so much junk, rice and pasta and exercise for at least thirty mins a day - the little trampolines you can get can be fun too! Good luck x
