I'm never motivated to get up in the morning?!

Question: No matter how hard i try to get up early because I like to. Early being 7 or 8. I always end up sleeping til 9 or 10 even with my alarm clock on i turn it off & fall back asleep. Is it just because i'm a teenager, or what? If you know any ways to help stay up, etc. feel free to share. (:
thank youuuuuu.

you and me both. for me its no matter how early i go to bed i still wake up tired. it could be becuase when you go to sleep your body goes through 5 sleep cylcles. stages one and two being light sleep. stages 3 and 4 being deep sleep. and stage five or REM sleep is were u have all ur dreams and you end ur sleep cycle. your body goes through about 5 or 7 sleep cycles. each being about 90 mins long. i think your problem is that when you go to sleep u wake up during a deep sleep stage wich is y ur so tired becuase u need to finish the cycle.

hope i was a help

that could be caused by depression or maybe just because you need alot of sleep

I'm a teenager also, but there are few motivations for me to get up early. I think the easiest way to get up though is just go to take a shower and that is how I usually wake up. I know how hard is it to get up early, but eventually when you become an adult your going to have to get up early for your job in the future, so it is important to have good habits on getting up earlier. Good luck with that and I hope this helped!
