Puking,cramps and period?!

Question: so this morning i woke up with really bad cramps. and i felt pressure on my lower stomach well not pressure but i cant explain it. i started to get hot and dizzy and i puke. it was the first day of my period. is there anything worng with me?

doubtful - there were times when I had that happen. Hormones can be just plain mean.
