Scented products???!

Question: ok so i have two questions!
1. if u use scented pads/liners and arent sensitive to them does that mean that scented tampons wouldent irriate u??

2. is the scent in the tampon on the applicator only or also on the tampon?!?

If you are not sensative to the scent on pads, then scented tampons shouldn't bother you. The fragrance is usually hypo-allergenic, but some people have very sensitive skin, so they are allergic. The only thing that might be a problem about scented tampons it that they go inside of your body, so it could be irritating. They only way to know for sure is to try some. The scent is typically in the tampon, but every brand is different. If you find that you are allergic to the scent, try unscented tampons, and use some personal fragrance spray. This shouldn't bother you because it is hypo-allergenic as well, and doesn't actually go inside of your body. Hope this helps! ;P

I've only used scented tampons twice, but they never irratated me.

The scent is in the tampon.

NEVER USE SCENTED PRODUCTS DOWN THERE THEY CAN IRITATE YOU AND IF USEING A TAMPON CAN COUSE SEVERE INFECTIONS PADS CAN ALSO COUSE INFECTIONS AND IRITATE YOU NEVER USE SCENTED PRODUCTS WHY WOULD YOUR MOM BUY THEM FOR YOU???????? BESIDES NO ONE IS GOING TO BE GOING AROUND SNIFFING YOUR UNDER WHERE

Don't use anything scented even if the liners or pads did not make you irritated you do not want to take the chance in using scented tampons.

You can develop a sensitivity to a product that is different than the one you have tried previously. Scented tampons (the absorbant part) have a scent directly in them. I personally stay away from these products not because I am sensitive, but because I HATE the smell of menstrual blood mixed with these "deodorant" scents. Especially pads, which just seem to keep the odor on your panties.
